HDGinBloom is a nonprofit community partnership dedicated to enhancing the beauty and vibrancy of the City of Havre de Grace through flowers, planters, gardens, and community vegetable and flower spaces. Our mission is to bring residents, businesses, and volunteers together to enrich the city’s landscape while creating welcoming public spaces that reflect pride in our community.
Through beautification projects and collaborative efforts, HDGinBloom provides opportunities for citizens to participate in planting, maintaining, and expanding floral displays and gardens throughout the city. We encourage volunteerism, education, and community engagement by offering hands-on opportunities to plant, weed, craft, teach, mentor, learn, and socialize while working toward a shared goal of beautifying Havre de Grace.
